Celotno besedilo je na voljo v litovščini in angleščini. Zavezujoča je litovska različica.

This policy explains how UAB rm7 (company code 305520075, VAT LT100013069415, Kalvarijų g. 143, Vilnius, Lietuva, email [email protected]) processes your personal data when you use the rm7 Teisė service.

1. Data controller

The service provider and data controller is UAB rm7, company code 305520075, VAT LT100013069415, Kalvarijų g. 143, Vilnius, Lietuva. Contact: [email protected].

2. What data we collect

Account data — email address and, when you use “Sign in with Google”, your Google account identifier; name if provided.

Questions and answers — the full text of the question you submit and the generated answer with source citations.

Usage metadata — IP address, browser identifier (User-Agent), request time. Kept for 90 days for technical diagnostics and security.

Payment metadata — Stripe / Montonio session IDs and the status of your question (answer) pack or subscription. We NEVER see your card or bank credentials — the payment provider handles them.

IMPORTANT: you write the question text, so it may contain special-category data (e.g. health, family, or a possible offence). Please do not enter other people’s data or sensitive information that is not necessary for the question.

3. How we use data and legal basis

Data is used to: deliver the answer (search in official sources + an AI-generated answer); manage your account (login, question history, subscription status); email the answer when you chose the free email-back mode; improve quality and security (anonymous statistics); send the newsletter — only if you explicitly consented.

Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6): the account and answer service — performance of a contract; anonymous questions and the newsletter — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time; security and quality — legitimate interest. Where a question contains special-category data, its processing relies on your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)).

4. Third parties and data transfers

Some processing is carried out by our partners: OpenAI (Codex/ChatGPT) and Anthropic (Claude) — answer generation; Google (Gemini) — an alternative/backup model; Google LLC — authentication; Stripe and Montonio — payments; Resend.com — email (verification, email-back answers, newsletters); Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile) and networking. AI models receive your question with its context; on paid APIs, data is not used to train models.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA: some providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Cloudflare, Stripe) are in the USA. Transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. For free (no-login) questions you confirm this transfer by ticking consent next to the question box.

5. Retention

Questions and answers — while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account closure. Session logs (IP, User-Agent) — 90 days. Payment records — 10 years (tax-accounting law). Consent log — for the life of the account (as evidence).

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access your data and get a copy, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (as easy as giving it). Contact [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies — a session cookie to keep you logged in and, when protection is enabled, the Cloudflare Turnstile cookie. No analytics or advertising cookies. The session cookie expires on logout or after 30 days of inactivity.

8. Disclaimer on answers

Answers are generated by AI from official public legal sources (e.g. e-TAR, e-Seimas, case law; in other jurisdictions — the corresponding national sources). This is informational only, not individual legal advice, and creates no lawyer–client relationship. For a legally significant matter, verify against primary sources and consult a qualified lawyer.

9. Changes and contact

Material changes will be announced in the account interface at your next login; minor edits are shown by updating the “Updated” date at the top of this page. Privacy questions — [email protected].
