Tai prieštarauja pačiam pasiūlymo pagrindimui: Komisija reglamentą grindė būtent tuo, kad nacionalinės taisyklės skaido bendrąją rinką. Praėjus septynioms dienoms po taikymo pradžios (2026-08-12) tas pats pareigūnas ragina valstybes nares taisyklių netaikyti ir netaikyti sankcijų.
